Fun Up North
Despite the weather I’m having more fun than you can shake a stick at up here in the north.
After being pushed around Coleraine by the rugby fellas I went on to Ballymena and Antrim where the lord Mayor came aboard. Then onto Belfast where I was asked to be a judge in the Ulster Lovely Girls heat.
I think that Bridie showed a bit too much cleavage than a lovely girl should but I went along with the others. After all she had baked me a fine cake with a jumper inside!

Well MF we were delighted to give you a shove around the City Hall especially as we passed our office…. Twice!! We had great fun and loved whizzing along with you. We even collected a few bob as we went along!! We had a great night in the Empire the night before, meeting all the ‘Lovely Girls’ and even better …. When Elvis showed up our night was made!!
Looking forward to seeing you in Clontarf on Sunday and then doing our south of the border push in Limerick! Hope the rest of the teams have as much fun as we had!

I would like to thank the lads from Greenville Electrics and indeed myself for pushing the float through Antrim and Ballymena. Seeing as we didn’t make the ‘pushers’ list, I thought I’d add this post myself. Thanks to everyone who donated.
